Superintendent hopes to improve school bus times

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Boston's school superintendent is trying to make sure buses are on time this year.
Carol Johnson hired a new transportation director and reworked bus routes based on computer-generated travel times.
In 2011, 37 percent of buses were up to an hour late at the beginning of the school year.
