BOSTON (WHDH) -- Lawyers for the convicted murderer -- who is set to undergo a state-funded sex change -- asked to be reimbursed.
Attorneys for Michelle Kosilek want the state to pay more than $806,000 in legal fees.
Last month, a judge ruled Kosilek was entitled to be reimbursed, for legal costs.
Kosilek, who was born Robert Kosilek, suffers from gender identity disorder and killed her spouse in 1990.
