Gov. Patrick joins local leaders to feed the hungry

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Governor Patrick joined local leaders in Boston to celebrate a day of thanksgiving a little early.

Hundreds of volunteers gathered at the Boston Rescue Mission over the weekend to help feed Boston’s hungry and homeless.

Thanksgiving baskets were handed out.

Those baskets were filled with turkey -- and all the trimmings.
