BOSTON (WHDH) -- Jury deliberations resumed for the case of Dwayne Moore.
He’s on trial for the 2010 shooting deaths of four people in Mattapan.
A judge denied a motion for a mistrial yesterday.
Moore’s attorney claims there is a lack of evidence and questions the memory of the only survivor of the shooting.
