BOSTON (WHDH) -- Boston looks to crack down on panhandlers.
According to the Herald, Mayor Menino wants to fine people who beg for money in busy intersections.
A proposed law also calls for so-called "aggressive panhandling" to be banned in certain areas.
The proposal will be submitted to the city council next week.
