Firefighters battle flames in Dorchester, Mattapan

BOSTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- Sunday was a busy night for Boston firefighters.
A fire tore through a former furniture store in Dorchester that's was unoccupied. The fire was located in a large building on Freeport Street that once housed Logan Furniture with a showroom in front and a warehouse in the back.
There were no reports of any injuries. Fire officials are still trying to figure out what caused the fire.
Meanwhile, crews were also in Mattapan to fight a fire at a triple-decker.
Twelve people were displaced by a fire on Estrella Street. The fire left extensive damage on the top two floors of the building. Everyone was able to make it out safely.
There was no word on what caused the fire. One firefighter was sent to Boston Medical with a burn injury. Damage was estimated at $500,000.
