PrintCrews investigate reports of no heat in Dorchester apts
DORCHESTER, Mass. (WHDH) -- Inspectional services crews were looking into reports of no heat inside Dorchester apartment buildings.
Heat must reach 68 degrees during the day and 64 at night to comply with standards.
Landlords who don't provide proper heat could face discipline.
