Police investigate possible prostitution ring

BOSTON -- Police are investigating a possible prostitution ring out of West Roxbury.

Officers arrested a woman last week who they say was running an escort service out of an elderly woman's house.

The suspect was employed as the 92-year-old woman's caregiver. She was allegedly using this home as a meeting place for clients.

Undercover police arrested her after responding to her ad online.

She was charged with sex for a fee and elder neglect.
