Boston PD lace up for injured Norwood teen

DEDHAM, Mass. -- The Boston Police Department hit the ice to support an injured Norwood High School hockey player.
Norwood High alumni and Boston police officers laced up in Dedham Sunday in a benefit hockey game for sophomore Matt Brown.
Brown, 15, broke his neck when he went crashing into the boards headfirst in a game against Weymouth last month.
He spent time after the accident at the Children's Hospital in Boston, but is not in a rehabilitation center in Atlanta for the next step of his recovery.
According to his family’s web site, Brown’s father said Matt will be in Atlanta for at least two months.
