Gov. Patrick honors father at Berklee

BOSTON -- Gov. Deval Patrick honored his jazz musician father on Wednesday.
Gov. Patrick donated the Laurdine Kenneth "Pat" Patrick's collection of scores, photos, and recordings to the Berklee College of Music.
A dedication ceremony was held yesterday at the college's Africana Studies archive.
Berklee students performed a selection of Patrick's music during the ceremony.
Pat Patrick died in 1991.
