Dorchester shooting victim identified

BOSTON – Police in Dorchester have released the identity of a young mother of four gunned down in a deadly shooting over the weekend.

Taniqua Jones, 24, was killed early Saturday morning in Dorchester in what police said appeared to be a gang-related shooting.

Police said Jones was hit by gunfire meant for a man she was with. He was wounded in the shoulder.

Kadeem Foreman and Terell Rainey, both 20, are charged with the murder. They're expected to be arraigned in court on Monday.
