SANDWICH, Mass. (WHDH) -- As of Saturday morning, the Sandwich boardwalk was underwater. The extent of the damage would be unknown until the water receded.
Oceanfront homes were being flooded as high tide rushed in.
The water was continuing to come in, flooding the roads and parking lots creating even more treacherous road conditions.
