Bicyclist hit by truck in Bourne, seriously hurt

BOURNE, Mass. (WHDH) -- A Cape Cod bicyclist was seriously hurt after being struck by a tractor trailer on a Bourne bridge Monday morning.

The incident took place around 5:40 a.m. Monday.

The 55-year-old victim was trapped within the undercarriage of the tractor trailer, causing serious injuries.

There was no immediate word on the victim's condition.
