Fisherman spots shark off Chatham coast

CHATHAM, Mass. (WHDH) -- Yet another shark was spotted off the coast of Cape Cod.

A 7News viewer sent in a video he took three miles off Chatham Thursday. The fisherman said the huge shark surfaced with its fin above water before it swam away.

He said it was longer than his 20-foot boat.

7News showed the video and still pictures to a shark expert. He says it may be a basking shark, but he would need some more information.
