Widow of fallen firefighter gets back stolen memento

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- A widow mourning the loss of a Framingham firefighter found out she'll be getting back a treasured memento.
Mike urban died of mesothelioma, and during his funeral the helmet he wore for 25 years provided a lasting symbol of his life and career.
But the helmet was stolen from Urban's nephew's car, devastating the family.
“I was devastated. My husband just passed away. I can't have him anymore, but at least I can have a true remembrance of something that he wore,” said Maureen Urban.
On Friday, the helmet was dropped off at a Middleboro fire station.
The chief called his widow, and plans to deliver the helmet to her on Saturday.
