WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Police went undercover to bust a massage parlor that police said was handing out more than just back rubs.

Police said in mid-July they noticed a neon sign in the window that to them didn’t seem quite right. Police shutdown the parlor that they say was selling sexual favors.

The business was run out of a building at 120 Cedar in Wellesley. Undercover detectives on patrol noticed a sign for Aroma Spa massage in the window and subsequently discovered an advertisement on Craigslist.

Wellesley police said according the state licensure division there was never any license issued for the business.

A detective then went undercover as customer. An officer made an appointment for a massage. The detective reported at the end of the massage he asked the female employee if she would “Take care of him.”

Police said she indicated yes by nodding. The woman, 52, was arrested and her business was closed. She now faces several charges.
