Lincoln-Sudbury HS evacuated after bomb threat

SUDBURY, Mass. (WHDH) -- Lincoln-Sudbury High School was evacuated on Monday for a bomb threat.
Students were sent home from school and police swept the building.
The Sudbury Police Department said a person called the sick line and recorded the bomb threat sometime after 9 p.m. on Sunday night. The message was not received until 8:30 a.m. Monday.
The school was immediately evacuated. The superintendent decided to send the 1,600 students home for the day.
Sudbury police and the state police bomb squad swept the school and it was given an all-clear.
Police said they are confident they will catch the person responsible for the threat. They said a male voice called in and issued the threat.
This is the second time this school year that police have been called in for a threat.
