90-year-old man hit by car in Newton

NEWTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- A 90-year-old man was hit by a car in Newton Monday.

Officers said the driver left the scene, but did eventually turn herself into police.

The female driver said she thought she hit a traffic barrel.

So far, she is not facing charges.
