Police cruiser hits pole to avoid wrong way driver

NORWOOD, Mass. (WHDH) -- Overnight, a police cruiser in Norwood crashes into a utility pole when he swerved to avoid a driver going the wrong way.

The officer wasn't hurt. Police said the driver of a small grey sedan just took off.
