Police release surveillance video in Malden shooting

MALDEN, Mass. (WHDH) -- Police in Malden released surveillance video of two men they believe are responsible for the shooting death of a Marine Corps veteran last month.
They are asking for the public’s help as they search for the suspects.
The video was taken inside a popular skate boarding store moments before police say 39-year-old Shawn Clark was gunned down on the front sidewalk. The D.A. wants you to take a close look at both men's clothing. So far, there have been no arrests.
“His customers loved him and I…there was a real devotion in the neighborhood to the people who really followed him,” one man said.
Police say Clark was shot and killed in the middle of the afternoon in late January after a confrontation with the two men seen in the video. They quickly took off, leaving neighbors outraged and concerned.
The skate shop has since turned into a memorial for the father of two, where friends continue to grieve.
“It was a shock to us being so close. It’s sad, it really is,” said Jack Rossi.
Now with new information, neighbors hope it leads to an arrest.
The D.A. said both suspects are about six-feet tall.
