Police investigating death in mobile home in Revere
REVERE, Mass. (WHDH) -- A man was found dead in a Revere mobile home Saturday night at Lee’s Trailer Park. Police put a man in handcuffs at the Beachmont train station, however, investigators aren't saying if that man is connected to the death at the mobile park. There are currently two active crime scenes.
Police are still investigating the scene at the trailer park and the D.A. has confirmed one person found dead.
“It’s a nightmare. It's a nightmare over there,” said James Harriman who discovered the body. “The whole place is covered in blood. Tables upside down and chairs upside down.”
Neighbors say an adult man was found inside and residents fear the man may have been stabbed to death.
“It’s a horrible scene, something I definitely don’t want to see again,” Harriman said.
“I was just hearing a lot of people and screaming and everything and then all of a sudden ambulances and cops were coming in,” said another neighbor.
At the same time, a second crime scene down the road at the Beachmont train station and a man covered in blood was handcuffed and put on a stretcher.
“Everything just happened at once. They all came and the kid came from the store and said listen, ‘I just walked by somebody he’s covered in blood,’” one man said.
Investigators haven't connected the two crime scenes and the mystery continues as the trailer park grows nervous.
Investigators believe they'll remain at the crime scenes for several hours as they continue to clear away. It is unclear if the two are definitively connected. Neighbors said the man found dead is believed to be somewhere in his early to mid 50s perhaps as old as 60.
