NH stabbing during robbery leaves 1 in hospital

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) -- A Manchester man was in the hospital after being stabbed seven times during a robbery.

Police told a local news station that David Richardson was on his way to visit his girlfriend Saturday afternoon when he was approached by two men who demanded his money. Police say Richardson was attacked after he refused.

The victim's father, Frank Richardson, says his son was being treated for seven stab wounds in his torso area.
