Police suspect same man in 2 NH robberies

MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) -- Police in Manchester, New Hampshire are investigating two robberies in the area that they think were committed by the same man.

 Both of the robberies took place late Tuesday night at a 7-11 and a gas station convenience store.

Security cameras caught one of those robberies. In both cases the suspect, who was armed with a handgun, approached the female clerks, demanding money.

Both clerks did not immediately hand-over the cash and the suspect grabbed them by the back of the neck, forcing them to open the register.

In both cases, the suspect made off with an unknown amount of cash.

The victims described the male suspect as wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and a New York Yankees baseball cap. 

Anyone with information is asked to call Manchester police.
