Convicted drunk driver arrested again in Lynn

LYNN, Mass. (WHDH) -- A convicted drunk driver was back in court Thursday, charged with his third offense.

Vance Brown, 52, was arrested in Lynnfield Wednesday night.

Prosecutors say he was so intoxicated he smashed his car into a state police cruiser that was parked with its lights activated.

The trooper had to jump onto the hood of Brown's car to avoid being hit.

He was not seriously hurt.
