Kitten in Lawrence is victim of cruel crime

LAWRENCE, Mass. (WHDH) -- A kitten in Lawrence was the victim of a cruel crime.

The 7-week old cat name Hemingway was taken in by animal control officers.

They say his owner threw him and broke his jaw.

The kitten had surgery last month...and will be put up for adoption soon.

Hemingway’s owner is now facing charges.
