By-law approved stops sale of plastic water bottles

CONCORD, Mass. (WHDH) -- The town of Concord is closer to becoming the first community in the state to ban the sale of plastic water bottles.
The state attorney general's office approved a by-law that stops stores there from selling individual plastic water bottles.
Stores could be fined up to $50 if they don't follow the new law.
