Firefighter injured in 3-alarm fire in Scituate

SCITUATE, Mass. (WHDH) -- A firefighter was injured in an overnight fire in Scituate.

There were reports of a three alarm fire on Central Avenue near Humarock Beach.

A firefighter was trapped inside after a partial collapse of a building. All firefighters were ordered out of the building after that firefighter was found and rescued.

A may day was issued. A med flight was requested but there's no word how he or she is doing.

The fire was at a two story house. There was no word on injuries to residents.

Crews were still on scene as of early Tuesday morning.
