Fall River fire leaves 20 homeless

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WHDH) -- A Fall River woman was safe after she was rescued from a fire Sunday afternoon.

The woman was trapped in an apartment building.

Firefighters used a ladder to bring her to safety, when they found her on the 3rd floor.

Investigators are looking into what caused the fire -- which left 20 people homeless.
