Clerk, customers fight of robber in CT Rite Aid

UNDATED (WHDH) -- Chaos in a Connecticut store was caught on camera. A clerk fought off a robber - and then customers joined in.

Surveillance video showed the robber and clerk wrestling with each other.

The cash register fell to the ground and once customers, and the store's pharmacist, realized what was happening they jumped in to help.

It didn’t take long before they all dragged the robber out from behind the counter and waited for police to arrive.

The incident ended with the attacker being wheeled out of the store on a stretcher.

Police said that man was armed with a box-cutter and that he cut one woman in the leg.
