School board wants to close Gloucester Charter School

GLOUCESTER, Mass. (WHDH) -- The state's education commissioner wants to shut down a charter school in Gloucester.

The Gloucester Community Arts Charter School will lose its charter in June if the school board makes the decision to close the school.

They’re saying low enrollment and high staff turnover have hurt the school's performance.
