Plymouth police officer's gun recovered

PLYMOUTH, Mass. (WHDH) -- A gun left in a Wareham court bathroom has been recovered.

A Plymouth officer accidently left the gun in the bathroom and when he returned, found it was gone.

Police aren't saying just how the gun was tracked down.

They said they won't be filing any criminal charges, and say the case is closed.
