QUINCY, Mass. -- A bank teller is hurt by a robbery suspect, who is now on the run.

Witnesses say a man seen in surveillance photos jumped over the counter at the Bank of America and pushed a woman out of the way.

“He just kept demanding, ‘Give me the money. Give me the money. Open the drawer. Give me the money,’” said one official.

The suspect had dark glasses, a moustache and a toupee, one photo reveals.

It was a frantic scene, according to Kathy Deady, who was in the bank at the time and saw the whole incident.

She says he pushed a teller to the floor, and she tried to stand in the robber’s way. Yet the suspect was apparently moving fast.

“He jumped over the counter into me and fell on the ground and then ran out and got into a green pickup truck and sped away,” said Deady.

Police found the truck, which was apparently stolen. Authorities are hoping DNA and fingerprints will help them to make an arrest.
