Tips for sneaking in a workout

Here are some tips for sneaking in a workout:
-- Divide it up, into smaller, 10 minute sessions.
-- Get stronger while you sit. Swap out your office chair for a stability ball.
-- Carry a jump rope. Slip out for 10 minutes on your lunch break and jump!
-- Make it a stretch break. Take a few minutes to go through some yoga poses.
-- Work out while commuting. Take your bike or run or walk to work.
