Raccoons go on the attack in Washington state

UNDATED -- A woman says she was walking down a wooded trail with her dog when raccoons ran out and began scratching and biting her.

She screamed for help, but says her dog came to her rescue in seconds and frightened the raccoons away.

The woman said she'll continue her daily walks, but is considering getting pepper spray for safety.
