UNDATED (WHDH) -- Unbelievable video from Wisconsin shows a baby on board a shopping cart as it speeds towards a busy intersection.
The child's mom, chasing behind is helpless and horrified as her little baby was heading right into traffic.
But the baby is safe, all thanks to a quick-thinking police officer. Watch the video above!
