WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD (WHDH) -- A dangerous drive involving a state trooper was caught on camera in Maryland.
The recently-released video showed the trooper during a traffic stop.
A tractor-trailer driving too close to the shoulder hit him.
The trooper was seriously hurt.
The driver broke the law that says drivers must drop their speed or pull to the left lane when they see an emergency vehicle on the shoulder of the road.
The trooper is urging people to take that law seriously.
