GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) -- The jury in John Edwards' campaign corruption trial has begun a sixth day of deliberations Friday.

The jury looked at about 20 exhibits during its discussions Thursday. Most of them were financial records involving money given by a wealthy Texas lawyer. Prosecutors say Edwards used the money in a plan to hide his pregnant mistress as he sought the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.

The jury also wanted to see a tape of Edwards' interview on ABC's "Nightline." During that interview, Edwards said he never asked anybody to pay any money.

The jury has previously looked at financial records involving an elderly heiress.

Edwards is charged with six felony counts related to illegal campaign contributions. Legal experts say it's still too early to read too much into the deliberations.
