Florida woman finds bears fighting in her backyard

LONGWOOD, Fl. (WHDH) -- Two bears were caught on camera in a backyard brawl in Florida.

Wildlife officials said they rarely see a display like this.

They say the two bears, both young males, were probably fighting over territory. But it got brutal.

Tammy Snell saw it all.

“They were up on hind legs and scratching and there was blood! They were mean to each other.”

Eventually, the bears noticed they had an audience and wandered off.

One resident said she loves seeing spectacles like this, but she’s definitely staying away.
