POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WHDH) -- A homeowner is speaking out when a car crashed into his home after a police chase.

Turner was in bed Tuesday night when the driver of a stolen vehicle crashed into his home. "I had the TV on and I was working on my tablet and all of a sudden there was an explosion," said Turner. "And everything went dark. I had chunks of concrete and dirt all over me."

The driver was being chased by police. The man then fled on foot but a neighbor stopped the man. "I turned into the dog bounty hunter for a minute, and I chased him down the road and I told him, 'You're not going to out run me, so you better stop now,'" said Ryan Tate.

Minutes later police arrived on the scene and arrested two men.

The car was then towed out of Turner's home.

Turner said God was looking out for him tonight. "God saved my life once and indeed now and all I can say it that God saved my like again. Thank you dear Lord God," said Turner.

No one was injured.
