DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (WHDH) -- Girls were caught on camera throwing punches last Monday at a bus stop in Georgia.
"nobody better try to jump in neither"
Unbelievably, that adult voice belongs to the father of one of the girls, who only egged them on.
The videos shows his 7th grade daughter getting out of her parent's van and immediately starting to fight.
“It just broke my heart to know that parents would allow this to happen and for my child to be there with nobody,” said Quateka Durden.
Her 14-year-old daughter Quinnaya is the other girl in the video.
She said the other girl's parents picked her up from school with the sole purpose of bringing her here to fight.
"They followed the bus. We seen them behind the bus,”
Police have charged those parents, Timothy Taylor and Shequita Cade for their involvement in the fight.
At one point Taylor can be heard encouraging his daughter to hit Durden as the two struggle on the ground.
"The father is there saying nobody touch my child. But my child is on the ground pleading for someone to get her off of her,” said
A neighbor eventually broke up the fight as the other teen headed to the car with her parents.
"My child could have died she could have hit the concrete the wrong way. Their child could have died. And then who's charged with the murder?"
The parents have been charged with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor. They told police they picked their daughter up because she was being bullied.
