Sen. Kerry considered for Sec. of Defense
BOSTON (WHDH) -- There's plenty of speculation over Senator John Kerry’s future.
According to reports, he may be offered a position in President Obama's cabinet, but it may not be the job many were expecting.
The Washington Post said Senator Kerry may be asked to serve as Secretary of Defense.
The senator has expressed interest in the Secretary of State's job
The Post reported ambassador to the U.N., Susan Rice may get that job.
If Senator Kerry left the Senate, there would be a special election to fill his seat.
