CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (WHDH) -- The Boston College hockey team celebrated their third national championship in the last five years with a parade on Tuesday.

Jerry York and his Eagles boasted a successful season with the Beanpot title, the Hockey East tournament title, and a 19-game win streak that culminated with the 4-1 victory over Ferris State for the school’s fifth hockey national title.

The players boarded trolley cars which wound through campus and took a left onto Commonwealth Ave., and came back through the main gates of the campus, and ended up outside of the O’Neill Library.
