Brady once again AFC Offensive Player of the Month
FOXBORO, Mass. -- The New England Patriots announced Thursday that QB Tom Brady has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Month for October by the NFL.
It's the third time that Brady has earned the honor. He was AFC Offensive Player of the Month for September and October in 2007.
Brady led New England to a 3-1 record in October, including a 59-0 win over Tennessee and a 38-7 win over Tampa Bay.
In a historic second quarter against Tennessee, Brady threw five touchdowns, the highest in a single quarter in NFL history.
