Thornton to meet fans in Downtown Crossing

BOSTON -- Boston Bruins forward Shawn Thornton will step off the ice and into a local AT&T store to meet fans and sign autographs in downtown Boston on Tuesday.

Thornton will be at the AT&T store (349 Washington Street, Downtown Crossing) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. meeting fans and signing autographs.

Thornton and the Bruins stand tied for second in the Eastern Conference as they sprint toward another playoff berth.

The Ontario native is in his sixth season with the Bruins. Thornton recently returned from an injury to help provide the Bruins with a powerful physical presence on the ice.
