UNDATED (WHDH) -- An 8th grader is on course to make history.
At 14 years old, Tian-Lang Guan is the youngest competitor to ever tee off at Augusta National.
In the first round of the masters yesterday, he put up a better score than some of the best players in the world.
Guan is five years younger than Tiger Woods was when he first played at Augusta national.
