Top NBC Moment: Usain Bolt Still King Of 100m

LONDON -- For the second straight Olympics, Usain Bolt won the gold medal in the 100m.  Bolt is just the second Olympian to win the 100m sprint twice.  American Carl Lewis finished first in 1984 and 1988.
