Patriots players congratulate Raisman

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- Patriots players took the time out of their busy schedule to congratulate Needham’s Aly Raisman on her Olympics success.

"Congratulations to her you know, it's always great to see the USA go out there and win some medals for us so it's great to hear," said Wes Welker, Patriots wide receiver.

"Local talent around here in Massachusetts, I mean this feels like basically like my home now, that's a great job to see that," said Rob Gronkowski, Patriots tight end.

"Watching those girls do what they do, obviously they're a really tough group and they did a great job bringing home a team gold so it was cool to see," said Welker.
