Zoning board approves sale of Brookline land

BROOKLINE, Mass. (WHDH) -- Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are apparently moving forward with their plans to build a home in Brookline.

Representatives from Pine Manor College got approval from the Brookline Zoning Board Thursday night to sell the five acre property.

They also approved the buyers' plan to build a 7,400 square-foot house, as well as a cottage and a barn.

The famous couple in talks with Pine Manor College is believed to be Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.

The land can officially be sold in about a month and when the deal goes through, the identity of the buyers will be revealed.
