Tedy Bruschi shares story, meets fans at Expo

BOSTON -- Retired New England Patriot Tedy Bruschi was on hand at the 7NEWS/Partners HealthCare Health and Fitness Expo to share his story about the stroke he had in 2005.
He credits Spaulding Rehab for helping him heal.
Tedy went one-on-one with kids, giving them football tips and teaching them the importance of staying healthy.
"Try to be active, get some exercise because today's generation it's easy to just play video games,” Bruschi said. “I mean I have three young sons and I have to tell them too, 'close the Nintendo DS's so we can go play basketball in the driveway…because getting in good habits getting in good exercise and nutrition choices will help them down the road."
Joy Bauer, the nutritionist for the “Today Show,” was also at the Expo.
She greeted the crowd, signed some autographs and gave out advice for healthy eating.
