Super Bowl party planners getting ready for Sunday

FOXBORO, Mass. -- New England fans are experts at Super Bowl party planning, having four Super Bowls under their belt already. The ingredients: family, food, friends, and fun.
Time for another Super Bowl blowout, as New England fans prepare for their Super Bowl parties.
“We have a lot of banners, we have a lot of Patriots products down on the end. We have ACF Champion products. They’re custom centerpieces that go right on your table. They last a good two weeks or three weeks,” said Kate Maney, iParty store manager.
Julie Fuhrer is having 15 football fans over at her house on Sunday.
“Caution tape for our front door, like entering the party zone,” said Julie Fuhrer.
And what’s a Super Bowl without the right television? Sales are up after the Patriots won the AFC Championship.
“Definitely a surge. You get talking to the customer; find out why they’re buying the TV. They’re definitely buying it for the big game,” said Dan Macdonald, Best Buy employee.
You can’t have a great Super Bowl party without a lot of food. Redbones Barbeque in Somerville is preparing for an onslaught of takeout orders from its Super Bowl menu.
“Super Bowl Sunday is over-the-top takeout, busiest takeout day of the year. We take out all the tables and chairs in the restaurant and set the whole restaurant up for just takeout. There’s no sit down,” said Rob Gregory, co-owner of Redbones Barbeque.
